Returns Policy

Returning Items for Refund/Exchange

Our policy lasts 30 days from the time you received your goods. If 30 days have gone by after receiving your goods, you are then no longer eligible to return them for either replacement or to receive a refund.  


To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, the item you are returning must be unused, in its original packaging and be in the same condition as to when you received it. 


We will also require some proof of purchase, to ensure credibility of request. 


Some items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Gift Cards
  • Some personal and healthcare items
  • Used Items


There may be situations where partial refunds are granted (If applicable) and this may be for a variety of reasons, some including; 

  • Items where the original packaging has been damaged
  • Items where the 30 day period has lapsed
  • Missing parts that are not liable to Crooked Anchor


When we have received your returned items, we will then send an email confirmation to confirm we have received the items in question, these items will then be inspected by ourselves. We will then send you another email to confirm whether or not the decision on a refund or exchange has been approved. 


If the decision has been approved, the exchanged item will be sent out as normal (Note: We only exchange for the same item).


If it's for a refund, we will then process the refund amount as agreed (Note: Refunds may take several working days to process due to some banks/credit card companies) 

Gifts

If you have to return an item that was sent directly to you as a gift. We will follow the same process as above but any credit/exchange will be in the form of gift credit to use on our store.
